For shopping, the cost of goods is charged to your card at actual cost — the helper pays first and you approve the receipt — in addition to the service fee above.

Students and homemakers can earn in spare time. Registration is open from high-school age (under 18 requires a guardian’s consent). For foreign residents: please check your residence status and work permit.
With the wellness-check service, a worker checks in person on a family member living apart and reports back to you. You can also book it for yourself as a personal check-in visit.
The operator provides a venue for matching within your local community. The operator does not compensate for accidents or damage occurring during a worker's work. Property damage, injury, or other loss arising during a worker's work is the worker's own responsibility and is to be resolved between the parties involved. Workers should consider obtaining their own insurance as needed.
The service fee ranges from JPY 500 to 4,200 depending on the category and the work (time-based and per-item categories vary by content). There are no extra charges such as a travel fee. For shopping, the helper pays for the goods first and the actual cost is charged to your card after you approve the receipt (no platform fee). Payment is by card only.
A card authorization is placed when the match is established (when a worker accepts your request), and the charge is captured on completion. No cash is exchanged directly.
In-person start and completion are required, and we support safety with identity verification, reporting/blocking, and operator support. The address is hidden automatically once a job is completed. Note that the operator does not provide insurance or compensation; property damage or injury is resolved between the parties involved (at your own responsibility).
Registration is open from high-school age. Minors under 18 need a guardian’s consent.
No. We use passwordless sign-in via Apple / Google, or an email magic link — just open the link in your inbox. No password is ever created or stored, so there is nothing to forget or leak.
