With the wellness-check service, a worker checks in person on a family member living apart and reports back to you.
The operator maintains platform insurance as a corporation and provides a window to claim compensation for property damage or injury arising during in-person work, subject to the compensation conditions (coverage limits, applicable conditions, and exclusions). Final approval and amounts are determined by the insurance contract and the operator's review. A summary of the compensation conditions is published in these Terms and on the official website.
The service fee is about JPY 1,000–2,000 depending on the category, plus a distance-based travel fee of JPY 200–500. For shopping, the cost of goods is settled separately at actual cost. Payment is by card only.
A card authorization is placed when in-person work starts, and the charge is captured on completion. No cash is exchanged directly.
In-person start and completion are required. We protect users with identity verification, reporting/blocking, operator support, and platform insurance. The address is hidden automatically once a job is completed.
