No “white-taxi” rides
We don’t carry people or goods in a private car (Road Transportation Act). The travel fee covers the worker’s trip to the site, not transport of you or your goods.
All categories
Every category you can request, with what we can’t do (the legal line) for each. We never take on work that needs a licence or qualification.
Amounts shown are the service fee (per category). A distance-based travel fee applies separately (¥200 within 3 km / ¥350 up to 5 km / ¥500 beyond). For shopping and prescription pickup, the cost of goods or medicine is settled separately at actual cost. Payment is by card only (goods are paid in cash in person).
What we can't doWe can't disassemble A/C units or range hoods for cleaning, or work on high places such as upstairs windows (professional territory, with a risk of falls).
What we can't doWe can't use power tools such as mowers or chainsaws, or prune and fell garden trees (risk of injury from blades and machinery).
What we can't doWe carry garbage only to your local collection point. Taking garbage away or transporting it to a disposal site legally requires a licensed operator (Waste Management Act), so we can't do that.
What we can't doGrave cleaning covers cleaning, weeding and offerings (flowers, incense). We can't handle remains, repair or move headstones, fell or prune trees, or perform religious rites. We follow the cemetery/temple rules, and the administrator's prior permission may be required.
What we can't doWe help cook one meal using the ingredients and tools in your own kitchen. Long sessions such as batch-cooking several days of meals are not covered. Please tell us in advance about any food allergies or dietary restrictions (we cook with the ingredients and seasonings in your own home).
What we can't doWe can't take laundry away for off-site cleaning like a dry-cleaner's. We help with laundry at your home only.
What we can't doWe can't buy or take away unwanted items (licences are required under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act and Waste Management Act). Bulky waste goes to the municipal pickup spot only.
What we can't doHigh places are limited to what a stepladder can safely reach. We can't climb into attics or other unsafe spots.
What we can't doWork on outlets, switches or wiring legally requires a licensed electrician (Electricians Act), so we can't do it. Bulb/battery changes and reaching high shelves are fine.
What we can't doWe can't drill into walls or do built-in installation work (risk of damaging your home). Assembly follows the manual only.
What we can't doWe can't transport items by vehicle (moving/delivery legally requires a licensed carrier), or take waste away (Waste Management Act). We move things within your home and carry bulky waste to the municipal pickup spot only.
What we can't doWe can't clear snow from roofs or other high places (fall risk). Entrances, paths and parking areas only.
What we can't doWe can't buy age-restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco, or pharmacist-supervised medicines that must legally be sold to the user in person (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act). We also can't buy "designated abuse-prevention OTC medicines" (certain cough and cold drugs), because the law (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, effective May 2026) requires age verification and record-keeping of the user at purchase, which proxy buying can't satisfy.
What we can't doPlease provide the original prescription, health-insurance card and medication notebook. We can't pick up medicines that must legally be handed to the user in person (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act), or medicines containing narcotics, psychotropics or stimulant raw materials, which by law (Narcotics and Psychotropics Control Act) only the patient or a cohabiting family member may collect. The pharmacist's medication guidance is given directly to you (in person, by phone or online); the worker never receives that guidance on your behalf or explains how to take the medicine (Pharmacists Act, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act).
What we can't doWe can't drive you (paid rides legally require a licensed operator under the Road Transportation Act), provide physical care such as transfers, or perform medical acts. We accompany you on foot, by public transport or taxi, and help with waiting, reception and payment.
What we can't doWe can't drive you (paid rides are licensed under the Road Transportation Act) or provide physical care. We accompany walks and outings on foot or by public transport.
What we can't doWe can't provide nursing-care or medical acts (managing medication, physical care, etc.). We also never sell or solicit goods, insurance or investments, solicit for religious or political causes, lend or front money, or broker contracts during a visit (to protect older users under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act and Consumer Contract Act).
What we can't doWe can't repair or open up devices. We also can't hold passwords or other sensitive information, log in on your behalf (online banking or any account), make transfers or payments, or file online applications to government offices for you (Unauthorized Computer Access Act, Administrative Scriveners Act). We help with operation and settings only.
