Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

This notation is required under Japanese law (the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, "Tokutei Shōtorihiki-hō"). The Japanese version is the authoritative original; if interpretations differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Seller

The operator of Cosmos (operated as a sole proprietorship).

Operations Manager

The name of the operations manager (representative) is published in this notation.

The operator's address is published in this notation and disclosed without delay upon request.

Sales Price

The service fee is set per category (roughly JPY 1,000–2,000), plus a distance-based travel fee (JPY 200–500). For requests involving goods, such as shopping on your behalf, the cost of goods is settled at actual cost in addition to the service fee. Prices are shown on screen when the request is confirmed.

Charges Other Than the Price of Goods

Payment is by card. Fees prescribed by the card company may apply separately.

Timing and Method of Payment

The only payment method is card payment (credit card, etc.). An authorization (hold) is placed at the start of the in-person work, and the charge is captured upon completion of the work.

Timing of Service Provision

After a request is established, the service is provided in person at the date and time agreed between the requester and the worker.

Cancellation Policy (Progress-Based)

Cancellation fees are set according to the progress stage of the work. Cancellation before matching is free. A cancellation fee may apply, scaled to progress, after the worker departs, after arrival, and after work has started. Details are shown on the request screen and on the cancellation confirmation screen. Because of the nature of the service, returns or refunds after completion of in-person work that has begun are generally not available.
