Compensation

The total compensation (the service fee) is shown on screen before the request is confirmed, and all displayed prices include consumption tax. The operator charges a commission (20%) on completed transactions. The cost of goods for shopping on your behalf (including medicine and ingredients) is settled at actual cost and is handed directly from the requester to the worker in cash at the in-person greeting on the day; it is never charged to the card. The requester enters the amount of cash to hand over (from 1 yen up to 50,000 yen) when placing the request, and the worker purchases only within that amount and returns the receipt and any change on the spot. For requests that involve cash, the operator charges a "cash handling fee" equal to 3% of the receipt total approved by the requester (rounded down to the nearest yen).

Timing and Method of Payment

The service fee and the cash handling fee are payable by card payment (credit card, etc.) only. An authorization is placed when the match is established (when a worker accepts the request), for the service fee plus 3% of the cash amount entered at request time, and payment is settled upon completion of the work. Completion occurs when the requester confirms it. For requests involving goods, the cost of goods is paid by the requester to the worker in cash at the in-person greeting on the day. The amount charged to the card at completion is the service fee plus 3% of the receipt total actually approved (rounded down to the nearest yen), which is a reduction from the authorized amount.

Timing of Service Provision

A request starts as soon as a match is established: the worker travels to the requester, begins the task with an in-person greeting, and the service ends when the requester confirms completion. We do not accept bookings for a specified date and time.

Cancellation Policy (Progress-Based)

The requester incurs cancellation fees as follows. Cancellation fees are set according to the progress stage of the work. Cancellation before a match is established is free. After a match is established and before the worker departs, the cancellation fee is 50%; after the worker departs (including after arrival and after work has started), it is 100%. Once both the requester and the worker have confirmed the cash handover for the cost of goods (e.g. shopping on your behalf), the request can no longer be canceled. No cash handling fee is charged when a request is cancelled. The cancellation fee and its breakdown are shown on the cancellation confirmation screen.
