Account Deletion

You can delete your Cosmos account at any time. The steps and the scope of data deletion are described below.

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Cosmos app and tap the "Settings" tab.
  2. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the Settings screen.
  3. Follow the guide, review what will be deleted, and confirm.

If you have a request in progress or an unsettled payment, deletion becomes available after it is completed and settled.

2. If you cannot access the app (lost device, already uninstalled, etc.)

If you cannot access the app, contact us via the contact form on the top page from the email address you registered with, stating "account deletion request". After verifying your identity, our operators will delete the account for you.
